02 — How pricing works
Two numbers decide your plan. Websites and prompts.
- 01You pay for prompts, not seats.
- A prompt is a question buyers ask an AI. We check each one on every platform in your plan, every cycle. Prompts pool across your websites: Starter 15, Pro 50, Agency 120.
- 02A website is a workspace.
- Its own audit, sources, missions and history. Starter has one, Pro has 3, Agency has 6 across 3 client workspaces.
- 03Weekly on purpose.
- AI answers change from run to run. Instead of one daily answer, we re-ask changed prompts up to nine times and report the rate, so a change you shipped is judged against noise, not a coin flip.
- 04Limits pause new things, never running things.
- Audits, generators and your AI agent are included, and every plan's monthly AI checks cover all of its tracked prompts. Hitting a cap stops the next website or prompt, not the ones already tracked. Need more room? Talk to sales.

01What do I get during the 14-day free trial?
Full Pro access — every Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) feature unlocked. Audit up to 3 sites, run the llms.txt and Schema generators without limits, and validate citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI. No credit card required, no auto-charge. Pick a plan at the end, or don't — nothing is charged.
02Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no payment method required. You only add a card when you pick a paid plan at the end of your trial.
03How many free trials can I get?
One free trial per domain. If a domain has already been tried under another account, the next org adding it will be asked to pick a paid plan before tracking starts. Paid customers can still add any domain they need.
04What counts as a tracked prompt?
A prompt is a question a buyer might ask an AI, like "best invoicing tool for freelancers". Each one you track is checked on every AI platform in your plan, every cycle, and counts once no matter how many websites you have. Starter includes 15, Pro 50, Agency 120, pooled across your websites.
05Which AI platforms does Prominara track?
ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, Google AI (Gemini), Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode — including the real AI answer surfaces inside Google Search. Starter plans include 2 platform slots, Pro and Agency include all 5.
06Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply immediately: you choose which sites and prompts stay active within the new limits; the rest are archived, not deleted, and come back if you upgrade again.
07What happens if I hit a plan limit?
We notify you as you approach each limit. Existing monitoring keeps running; new websites, prompts, generators, and reports wait until you free capacity or upgrade. On the Agency plan, email us and we will raise the limit for you.
08What makes Prominara different from other GEO tools?

10What is a client workspace on the Agency plan?
A client workspace groups one client's websites, reports, and portal access under their name. The Agency plan includes 3 client workspaces and 6 websites in total, so a client can have one site or three. Each workspace can get its own white-label portal: your logo, your brand color, their own login.
11I run more than three clients. What now?
Email contact@prominara.com with how many clients and websites you manage and we will set your limits the same day. Additional client slots are coming as a self-serve add-on; until then, it is a two-line email.
