Prominara provides AI visibility monitoring and optimization tools, including but not limited to:

• URL scanning and AI visibility scoring
• Citation tracking across AI platforms
• Competitive analysis and share of voice metrics
• Reporting and analytics dashboards

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service

5. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prominara and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze it to provide our services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may collect, aggregate, and anonymize data derived from your use of the service (“Aggregated Data”). Aggregated Data does not identify you or any individual user. We may use Aggregated Data for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• Improving and optimizing our services and features

• Generating industry benchmarks, analytics, and insights
• Training and improving machine learning models and algorithms

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMINARA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prominara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
