Reporting and analytics dashboards

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

5. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
The quality of the service will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMINARA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prominara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
