Share of Voice (SOV) measures how often your brand is mentioned compared to competitors when users ask AI about topics in your industry.
How SOV Is Calculated
SOV = (Your Citations / Total Citations in Category) x 100
For example, if you run 100 industry-relevant validations and your brand is mentioned in 25 of them while competitors are mentioned in the remaining 75, your SOV is 25%.
