Prominara uses role-based access control to manage what team members can see and do.

Available Roles

Owner

• Full access to all features
• Manage billing and subscription
• Delete organization
• Transfer ownership

Admin

• Full access to all features
• Manage team members
• Cannot manage billing

Member

• View all sites and data
• Run scans and create validations
• Use Optimizer
• Cannot manage team or settings

Viewer

• View-only access
• Cannot create or modify data
• Can export reports
