Client Management

Agency features for managing multiple clients.

Agency plans include client management features for tracking multiple brands and providing client portal access.

Adding Clients

  1. Navigate to Clients in the sidebar (Agency plans only)
  2. Click "Add Client"
  3. Enter client name and details
  4. Assign sites to the client

Client Portal

Enable portal access for clients to view their own data:

  • Clients see only their assigned sites
  • Granular permissions (scores, recommendations, competitors, reports)
  • White-label with your agency branding
  • Custom domain support

Client Reports

Generate branded reports for client presentations:

  • Custom cover page with your logo
  • Executive summary
  • Performance trends
  • Recommendations

Managing Client Sites

Each client can have multiple sites assigned:

  1. Open the client detail page
  2. Click "Add Site" or select existing sites
  3. Sites appear in the client's portal automatically
  4. Scan data and reports are scoped to assigned sites
