Monitors track changes in your AI visibility and alert you when something important happens.
Monitor Types
New Citation
Alert when your brand starts being mentioned for a query where it wasn't before.
Lost Citation
Alert when your brand stops being mentioned for a query where it was before.
Sentiment Change
Alert when the sentiment of your mentions changes (positive to negative or vice versa).
Competitor Gain
Alert when a competitor starts being mentioned for queries in your tracking.
Setting Up Monitors
- Navigate to Monitors in the sidebar
- Click "Create Monitor"
- Select the monitor type
- Choose which validations or brands to monitor
- Set notification preferences (in-app, email, or both)
Monitor Severity
- Critical (Red) - Requires immediate attention (e.g., lost citation on key query)
- Warning (Yellow) - Notable change that should be reviewed
- Info (Blue) - Positive changes or informational updates
Managing Alerts
View all triggered monitors on the Monitors page. Mark alerts as acknowledged once you've reviewed them. Filter by severity, type, or date range.
