Dashboard Overview

Navigate the Prominara dashboard and understand key metrics.

The Prominara dashboard is organized into three sections that mirror how AI visibility actually drives outcomes: Internal Health, External Intelligence, and ROI & Impact.

Global Brand Picker

A single brand picker in the sidebar scopes every brand-aware screen — dashboard, sources, validation, share of voice, benchmarks, optimizer, monitors, inbox, and reports — to one site. Open it from the sidebar, the mobile drawer, or with theCmd/Ctrl + B shortcut. The active brand is preserved in the URL (under /b/[siteId]/...) and persisted across sessions, so links you copy stay scoped to the right brand.

Account-wide screens (settings, billing, sites, reports) live outside the picker and aren't scoped — switching brands there is a no-op. Integrations are now scoped per brand (under /b/[siteId]/integrations) so each brand can map its own GSC and GA4 properties.

Internal Health

What you control on your own pages. These widgets tell you where your content is strong and where it's blocking AI discovery.

  • Visibility Score Hero - Your overall 0–100 AI visibility score with trend
  • Category Radar - Content Structure, Entity Signals, Authority, Technical
  • Platform Readiness - Per-platform readiness scores (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI)
  • Score Trend - Score history over time (renders even with a single data point)
  • Quick Wins - High-impact, easy fixes surfaced from your latest scans

External Intelligence

What AI platforms are actually saying about you and how you compare to competitors.

  • Share of Voice Gauge - Your percentage of AI citations vs competitors
  • Citation Rate by Platform - Cited-response rate broken down per platform
  • Competitive Position - Ranked comparison against tracked brands
  • Source Distribution - Which external domains AI platforms cite alongside you
  • Opportunities - Prioritized sources to pursue for more citations
  • Monitors Feed - Recent alerts (new citations, losses, competitor gains)

ROI & Impact

The outcomes your work produced — revenue, traffic, and the business impact of AI visibility.

  • AI Visibility Gains - Score deltas and citation wins over time
  • AI Traffic Insights - Traffic correlated with AI visibility (requires GSC integration)

Persona Layouts

Widget selection and ordering are tailored to the persona you chose during onboarding (marketer, consultant, or agency). All three personas share the Internal / External / ROI structure, but prioritize widgets differently.

Quick Scan

The Quick Scan widget lets you instantly analyze any URL. Enter a page address and get an AI visibility score in seconds — no need to add it as a tracked site first.

Pick a brand with the brand picker in the top-left of the app shell. The sidebar then scopes every section to that brand's URL space (/b/[siteId]/...):

  • Overview - Three-section dashboard (Internal / External / ROI) for the selected brand
  • Validation - Citation tracking and brand monitoring across AI platforms
  • Sources - Opportunity discovery with AI-generated action playbooks
  • Benchmarks - Industry and competitor comparisons
  • Share of Voice - Live competitive position vs. tracked brands
  • Inbox - Alerts, monitor events, and notifications for this brand

Account-level surfaces — Sites, Reports, and Settings — live outside the brand picker and stay accessible from the sidebar regardless of the active brand. Integrations sit inside the brand picker so each brand can connect its own GSC and GA4 properties.
