How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Confirm payment
- New limits apply immediately
Proration
When you upgrade mid-cycle:
- You're charged the prorated difference
- New limits apply immediately
- Next full charge on your billing date
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at your next billing date.
If you track more prompts than the lower plan allows, we pause the newest ones until the count fits. Nothing is deleted and their history stays available. Move back up and those prompts switch on again on their own, oldest pause first, as far as the new plan allows. Prompts you paused yourself stay paused.
Check Frequency
Each plan sets how often your tracked prompts are checked, and a plan change updates the prompts you already have. Prompts set to check more often than the new plan allows slow down to the plan's cadence. On an upgrade, prompts still sitting at the old plan's cadence speed up to the new one, and a check that was already due never moves later. A slower cadence you chose yourself stays as you set it.
