How the 14-day Pro trial works and the one-per-domain rule.

Last updated

Every account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card, no auto-charge — pick a plan at the end of the trial or don't, nothing is billed.

One trial per domain

A domain can be tried for free once. Whoever adds it first claims the trial for that domain; a second organization that later tries to track the same domain will be asked to pick a paid plan before the site is created.

  • Applies to onboarding, adding a new site, and mapping a domain from Google Search Console.
  • Paid organizations are never blocked — they can add any domain, whether it was tried before or not.
  • An organization is never blocked on a domain it already tracks; existing sites stay put.
  • If your trial ends because the domain was already claimed, the plans page names the reused domain so it's clear what to pick a plan for.

What the trial includes

The trial runs on the full Pro workflow — audits, generators, citation tracking across every AI surface your plan supports, and agent access over MCP. The trial ends after 14 days; if no plan is chosen, the organization moves to a restricted state and existing data stays available but new checks pause until a plan is picked.
